A Beacon of Hope

“ In October 2014, I suffered a sudden stroke. I was diagnosed with a Transient Ischemic Attack, which resulted in temporary right-sided paralysis. I was bedridden for a few months and life as I knew it was no longer the same.

Being bedridden meant that I had to rely on my two adult children, who also had their own family and jobs. Needless to say, this was an extremely difficult time, and a sudden change in my life. My paralysis required specialized care and that I adhered to a strict dietary guideline. This was an additional burden for my family.

I was recommended to A-Supreme Foundation, they came in and assisted me and my children. For over two months, they provided a part-time nurse who attended my home and took care of me while my daughter was at work. This lifted the pressure off my children. They [A-Supreme Foundation] provided me with home care and emotional support during those difficult days. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family.

A-Supreme Foundation is a beacon of hope and light for seniors in our community.  Thank you A-Supreme for what you are doing for our community.

Sincerely,

Lorna Pink”
