Our Story

A-Supreme Foundation began as a compassionate response by the founders of A-Supreme Nursing and Home Care Agency to the plight of community seniors who were unable to afford in-home care. Many of these seniors were at risk of being adversely compromised in their health and quality of life. Resolute that money should not define dignity, the agency stepped in to fill the gap in homecare and launched the foundation in 2013 as the needs rapidly increased. Today, the A-Supreme Foundation is a registered Canadian charity focused on providing advocacy, education, and health support services to vulnerable seniors across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We collaborate with community partners, health care providers, and other industry stakeholders to address the physical and psychosocial needs of vulnerable seniors to enhance their quality of life, foster social engagement, keep pace with life and age in place well.
